What do the Superheroes do at parties?

In a nutshell, each party will include an interactive story, a superhero boot camp and games, time for photos and autographs, and the birthday song. oUR HOUR-LONG Package includes A Mask-Making craft. We will provide all mask-making materials for up to 25 children. wHETHER YOU BOOK A 30-MINUTE hERO VISIT, A ONE HOUR SUPERHERO EXPERIENCE, OR OUR HERO VS. VILLAN STUNT PACKAGE, WE GUARANTEE AN ACTION-PACKED PARTY EXPERIENCE TO KEEP YOUR LITTLE HERO AND his/her GUESTS ENGAGED FOR THE ENTIREtY OF OUR VISIT.

What is the appropriate age range?
we OFFER PARTIES FOR ALL AGES, THOUGH WE HAVE FOUND THE IDEAL AGE RANGE IS BETWEEN 3 AND 7 YEARS OLD. tHAT BEING SAID, WE WILL TAILOR EACH OF OUR EVENTS TO SUIT YOUR AGE APPROPRIATE NEEDS.

Rest easy, we will come to you! we ARE A MOBILE BIRTHDAY & EVENT ENTERTAINMENT COMPANY, AND WE TRAVEL ALL OVER METRO ATLANTA AND NORTH GEORGIA. The majority of our parties are held in private homes, but we have done our fair share of venue locations as well, including recreational centers, parks, gyms, restaurants, pools, skating rinks, and more. wE JUST ASK THAT YOU SHARE THIS INFORMATION WITH US ON YOUR BOOKING FORM, AND THAT YOU BE AS SPECIFIC AS POSSIBLE SO OUR ACTORS can BE PREPARED.
wILL YOUR PERFORMERS SWIM, SKATE, JUMP (TRAMPOLINES, BOUNCE HOUSES, ETC.) WITH MY CHILD AND THEIR GUESTS?
This a point of contingency between our superheroes and hq. while they would love to (no really, they would love to), they can't. fOR LIABILITY REASONS OUR PERFORMERS ARE UNABLE TO PARTICIPATE IN ACTIVITIES OTHER THAN THOSE OUTLINED ON OUR PACKAGES PAGE. iF YOU BOOK A SUPERHERO FOR A POOL PARTY, OR SKATNG RINK, WE RECOMMEND SCHEDULING THE PERFORMER TO ARRIVE DURING YOUR PLANNED PARTY-ROOM TIME (DURING BIRTHDAY CAKE, PRESENTS) SO THAT EVERYONE CAN RELAX AND ENJOY THE ENTERTAINMENT.
What if my child, or one of the guests becomes upset, ill, or unruly?
whILE WE ARE CERTAIN YOUR LITTLE HEROES ARE DECIDEDLY GOOD GUYS, WE DO NOT PROVIDE A BABYSITTING SERVICE. WHILE WE ARE HAPPY TO PROVIDE SUPERHERO ENTERTAINMENT, FOR LIABILITY REASONS OUR PERFORMERS CANNOT BE THE SOLE ADULTS RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR GUESTS, NOR SHOULD THEY BE LEFT ALONE WITH THEM. Also, while all of our performers provide a very engaging and energetic experience and are quite skilled at crowd control, our performers will not discipline unruly children or remove them from the event setting. Please ensure other adults are present during the Superhero visit. It's always more fun when you make these memories together anyway, am I right?
What do I need to do to ensure the event runs smoothly?You provide the kids and the cake, we take care of the rest! For a party at home, all that our performers need is a large space for games. We adapt what we do to fit the space you have. We bring everything else we need for all of our activities, including craft supplies, games, and props. No need for other activities, crafts, or components while we’re there (like a bouncy house, petting zoo, clown, et al), as we provide a complete entertainment experience for the entirety of our visit.
We do ask that you provide a private room with a mirror for your performer to change in AND SECURE THEIR BELONGINGS FOR THE DURATION OF YOUR EVENT. ouR COSTUMES AND MASKS AREN'T CAR FRIENDLY. Performers will arrive 20 minute before the event start time to get dressed. Water for your performer is a nice gesture, but not a requirement.
What if one or more of our guest arrive late?
While we want to be as accomodating as possible, it is of the utmost importance that the birthday or event entertainment begin and end as previously scheduled. Our superheroes often perform for multiple parties a day and have very tight schedules to ensure they make it on time to each event. if YOUR PERFORMER AGREES TO STAY LATE OR START EARLY, THAT IS AT THEIR DISCRESSION. aTLANTA suPERHERO parties will stand by the decision of its performers.
How far will you travel?
we travel all over metro atlanta and north georgia. we DO CHARGE AN ADDITIONAL TRAVEL FEE OF $15 FOR EVENTS THAT ARE MORE THAN 20 MILES FROM OUR HOME OFFICE IN DECATUR. we CHARGE AN ADDITIONAL $10 FOR EVERY ADDITIONAL TWENTY MILES, TO COMPENSATE OUR PERFORMERS.
Do I need to provide parking?
We do ask that you provide a parking space for our performer so they can ensure they are dressed and ready to begin entertainment on schedule. We also ask that when reserving your performer's parking space, to keep in mind the contracted event end time so that performers aren't blocked in behind other guests when they try to stealthily exit. Our performers often perform for more than one party a day and will need to exit at the arranged time so as not to be late for other scheduled events.
Do you only do birthday parties?
nope! We are happy to perform for graduations, fund-raising events, you name it! Please specifiy what type of event you would like entertainment for on your booking form so that we can tailor the event to fit your needs and give you an accurate quote.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel an event?
All parties performed are non-refundable. If you cancel your party up to 48 hours before your date, we will issue you a full refund, minus a $75 cancellation fee. If you cancel your party after that, $100 of your deposit becomes non-refundable. Clients may reschedule their party one time at no extra charge if we have availability. If a client needs to reschedule more than once, a $75 fee will be added to compensate our professional actors for their time. Clients will be refunded 100% of their payment in the rare event that Atlanta Superhero Parties has to cancel an event on the basis of an emergency.
wHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We invoice through paypal, so you may use your debit card, credit card, or your paypal account. In rare cases we may accept a personal check.
dO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT?
Yes! The deposit secures your date in our calendar and reserves your performers. The non-refundable deposits range from $50-100 depending on the event. however, they are applied to your total balance. Upon filling out a booking form, we will get back to you via e-mail to confirm and then send you the PayPal invoice for the deposit. You have up to 48 hours to pay your deposit and reserve your date. The remaining balance isn’t due until the week before the event and will be invoiced accordingly. For events that are less than a week from booking, we require payment in full.
Do your performers accept gratuity?
yES, ABSOLUTELY! if YOU FEEL YOUR PERFORMER DID AN EXCEPTIONAL JOB, PLEASE FEEL FREE TO TIP THEM. if YOU CHOOSE TO DO SO, PLEASE GIVE ALL TIPS TO THE PERFORMER, DIRECTLY, BEFORE THEY LEAVE AT THE END OF YOUR EVENT.
